Make that mind-body connection! SAFE is a home-based resource to help older seniors maintain optimal health and independence. This series of low-impact videos has four levels to boost strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Building a strong mobility foundation will increase overall fitness, help to prevent falls and improve mood and mental clarity.
