Renewing your FADOQ card: We answer your questions
Update : May 20, 2020
A number of members have contacted us about renewing their FADOQ card. Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions.
- If you usually go to your club or regional office to renew your FADOQ card, please be advised that all offices and clubs are closed until further notice. However, regional office staff are teleworking and ensuring prompt follow-up to emails and calls. If you prefer, a good alternative is to renew your membership online at our website.
- All members whose cards expire in May ans June will receive a renewal notice in the mail. If you want to renew your membership, opt for online renewal, which makes processing your request much easier and reduces the time it takes to receive your card. If you don’t have Internet access, you may return the duly completed notice by mail. You will receive your new card in the mail. Delivery usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, but may take slightly longer due to the current circumstances.
- Our Thank You Times 50! renewal contest celebrating Réseau FADOQ’s 50th anniversary is still in effect. This contest is our way of thanking you for your loyalty. There have been 216 winners so far. Learn more about the Thank You Times 50! Contest
