Réseau FADOQ is the largest seniors’ organization in Canada, with more than 580,000 members, 801 clubs, 16 regional groups and nearly 4,700 volunteer boards members. With a long and successful history that spans half a century, the network is just as vital as ever, especially given the aging population in Quebec.

Our organization develops activities and offers programs that fulfill its recreational and social missions and promote well-being among our members.
With 24,000 members and 68 clubs, FADOQ – Région Centre-du-Québec has deep roots in the region. FADOQ clubs contribute to their communities by helping seniors lead active social lives, participate in all sorts of activities, and avoid loneliness.
FADOQ – Région Centre-du-Québec serves its members by organizing a range of cultural and sports activities. These include trips, computer courses, talks, and bicycle excursions that are open to all members. It also organizes golf and bridge tournaments as part of the annual regional games, which includes some dozen events.
The network relies on each and every one of its members. Together they give FADOQ the STRENGTH to advocate for seniors’ rights and improve their quality of life. We get further together.
