INFO-FADOQ GIM
All the news from our region in one click! Bulletin Automne 2022 Fall Bulletin...
FADOQ – Région Gaspésie Îles-de-la-Madeleine is packed with outdoor locations that are perfect venues for activities that help seniors stay active and healthy. We have a huge natural playground, so let’s enjoy it!
With the new structure at FADOQ – Région Gaspésie Îles-de-la-Madeleine, we have GROWN STEADILY since Renée Blouin took the lead, going from nearly 4,000 members all the way to 6,000. Our most recent accomplishment was setting up a club in the Magdalen Islands.
Our efforts in recruiting new members, setting up activities, and coordinating members in the region are key to overcoming loneliness and ensuring that our seniors stay active and healthy for as long as possible.
A huge THANK YOU to Maurice Dupont, who fulfilled his role as chair of the provincial network with dedication and all the best to Gisèle Tassé-Goodman, who now carries the torch.
Don’t hesitate to contact us for more information if you come visit our beautiful region. It would be our pleasure to welcome you to the Gaspé Peninsula and the Magdalen Islands.
François Lapierre, Chair
