Dan Sorescu is an experienced, trained and insured inspector and is member of the InterNachi Quebec professional association. Our company offers inspection services for many types of buildings such as single-family homes, condos, multiplexes, small commercial buildings or cottages. Our inspection is complete and covers all accessible elements of the exterior of a building, the roof, the main systems (electricity, plumbing, heating), the interior and attic or crawlspace. The inspections can be carried out before or after the sale by buyers or owners and by property owners concerned about the well-being of the property. The physical inspection is accompanied by a written report and the inspector is available at all times after the inspection to answer questions.
