FADOQ is the largest seniors’ organization in Canada, with more than 620,000 members, 684 clubs, 16 regional groups and nearly 4,700 volunteer boards members. With a long and successful history that spans half a century, the network is just as vital as ever, especially given the aging population in Quebec.

FADOQ – Région Lanaudière serves over 40,000 members across the region from 48 affiliated clubs and as individual regional members. You don’t need to be retired to join Réseau FADOQ and enjoy the benefits of membership. Any person age 50 and over can join, plus their spouse can join too, even if they’re under 50!

We offer a host of cultural and sports activities, events, regional games, and programs where members can learn, have fun, get moving, stay fit, and lead a fulfilling social life!
