Option 1 Private businesses and government organizations $675 + tax 10′ x 10′ booth $625 + tax 6′ x 10′ booth $710 + tax 6′ x 13′ booth

Option 2 Non-profit organizations $285 + tax 6′ x 10′ booth

Option 3 Craftspeople $175 + tax 6′ x 10′ booth

These fees include:

• Exhibition stand (lighting, structure, signage)
• Technical assistance for equipment load in and load out
• Storage area
• A table and two chairs
• Wi-Fi

Optional meal service

Option A Box lunch delivered to your booth $15 tax included

Option B Hot meal (choice of two 3-course meals each day) $15 tax included Onsite catering 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

You must check the meal option to receive this service.

Meals are not included with booth rentals.

A snack bar is also available if these options are not suitable.
